I just graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science. I have served as News Director for WHUS Radio (whus.org) and Communications Director for The Undergraduate Student Government before leaving for Washington D.C. this past spring.
I was also involved in UCTV as a news anchor, ProStyle moderator, and UC Sports cameraman, reporter and editor (uctv.uconn.edu) for the 6 semesters I was actually in Storrs. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout right before senior year of high school and am an inductee into the UConn Chapter of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honors Society.
I'm back home now, having just finished an internship this spring with Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and earlier this summer with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY). Right now I work for the Undergraduate Student Government at UConn as a Communications Specialist. It's a position scheduled to end in May, so I'm always on the look out for a new challenge.
